Before any paid work, I offer a free thirty minute call to talk through your ideas, timing, and budget. We will see if it is a good fit and outline next steps. If you want to move forward after the call, we schedule a site visit and step into the paid service tiers below.
Service Tiers
1.5-2 hours. This visit is about education & alignment. We review options on site, discuss the process, set expectations, and define the scope together. The consult fee is credited to the next stage if you proceed.

Ideas and possible solutions
Next steps and timeline overview
On site meeting/Consultation - $250
Project Design & Planning - Typically $2,500 depending on scope
Total varies with scope. You receive a design direction and a construction bid package with detailed selections.

Concept presentation
2-5 hours of guided shopping for finishes and fixtures
Written proposal with detailed pricing based on selections
Timeline planning and subcontractor availability review
Build Management as your General Contractor - Fee depends on scope & overall project cost
After design is complete, I can manage and build your project from start to finish.
Includes:
Scheduling and project management
Quality oversight and troubleshooting
Coordination with vendors and subcontractors
Custom solutions as needed

Designer For a Day - $600
Perfect when you already have a builder and want help making final choices so work can move forward. I can collaborate with you by spending 4-5 hours (depending on project scope) helping you select and shop for your final selections.
Includes:
Color and material guidance
Tile, plumbing, lighting, and hardware selections
A streamlined plan that keeps your project on track
