“We hired Diana to remodel our tired old kitchen. She was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and didn't want, and was able to steer us in the right direction. She has very competent and conscientious people on her team, and they all did highly professional work (demo, rebuild, paint, cabinets, stonework, plumbers and electricians, etc.). She kept them on a tight schedule but allowed for time in the calendar in case of any delays. The entire remodel was done in 7 weeks. We now have a beautiful open kitchen with quartzite counters and backsplash and light maple cabinets. It's gorgeous and a delight to cook in! We trust in Diana's expertise and will be using her services again to remodel our bathrooms in the near future.”

“The impetus for our project started with the desire to make our home suitable for aging in place, along with the realization that we needed to replace failing/inadequate plumbing and electrical infrastructure. That involved re-piping 50 + year old plumbing throughout the house, a complete remodel of the primary bathroom to make it ADA accessible, widening 3 doorways and installing pocket doors, and many electrical upgrades. My primary goal was functionality and there were A LOT of design decisions every step of the way, anticipated and unanticipated, that surrounded how to attain the functional goals within the limits of the existing footprints and budget. I feel that we accomplished those goals in every respect, and the result is classy and beautiful. There also was a lot of coordination with dozens of entities that had to happen to keep things moving forward in a timely manner. Diana is an excellent listener and a creative problem solver, both in her interactions with the client and with the people who get the work done. I was especially impressed with the relationships she has with the multiple crafts- and tradespeople (tile, stone, cabinets, sheetrock, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.), vendors and the contractors. The mutual rapport, respect and outstanding communication definitely contributed to a better result. This project wasn't my idea of a fun activity, but Diana made it as painless as possible. I'm very happy with the outcome!”

“Diana was recommended by a friend to help us remodel our downstairs bathroom to accommodate my 91 year old mother, who moved in with us this summer and who is wheelchair bound. Diana made many design recommendations, all of which have proven spot on. She put us in touch with and accompanied us on visits to various suppliers, helping us pick out everything from the bathroom vanity to grab bars. Perhaps her most valuable service was putting us in touch with a contractor and plumber who were willing to arrange their schedules to meet our need. From the time we engaged Diana until the project was done took about 6 weeks. Prior to contacting Diana, we couldn't find a contractor who could even start in less than 3 months. Diana is personable, professional and listens carefully. She remained very conscious of our budget throughout. We give Diana our highest recommendation.”
